Subscriptions
You can cancel renewal from Billing. Cancellation applies to the next renewal; your current paid access continues for the remaining subscription period unless a refund changes the entitlement.
Failed operations
Unused reservations are released when a chargeable operation fails before delivery. Contact support with the transaction identifier if a completed charge appears incorrect.
Refund requests
Submit a billing support request for duplicate charges, undelivered services, or other payment issues. Refunds are reviewed against the transaction and service-delivery record and processed through the original payment provider where applicable.
Purchased credits
Purchased credits remain available independently of monthly plan renewals. A refund of a credit purchase removes the corresponding unused credits. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
