Let’s make it clear.

How RP.agile works, what it measures, and where you stay in control.

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What is RP.agile?

RP.agile is a workspace for building and evaluating real work with AI. Individuals can practise, understand their working habits, and share evidence. Hiring teams can create job-related tasks and review how candidates approach them.

Can I use AI during an assessment?

Yes. The AI partner is part of the workspace. The assessment considers how you set direction, inspect the output, correct mistakes, and validate the final work. Each assessment explains any additional tool rules before you start.

How are skills evaluated?

Reports cover seven dimensions with links to the work that supports each assessment. Missing evidence is marked incomplete. The rubric and its version are saved with the report, and hiring teams remain responsible for interpreting the results.

What does one credit cover?

A session analysis or resume evaluation costs 1 credit. Creating and validating an assessment costs 2 credits. A standard assessment or lab costs 5 credits per started 30-minute block, including its standard report. Advanced report evaluation costs 5 additional credits.

Are my sessions and profile public?

No. Your workspace and imported sessions are private. You choose whether to publish a profile and join the leaderboard. You can review and redact imported material before sharing it with the analysis service.

Does RP.agile make hiring decisions?

No. Reports, comparisons, and integrity signals support a human review. They do not make an automatic hiring decision or claim to prove cheating.

Which roles can I assess?

Start with frontend, backend, data analysis, product, marketing, or operations challenges. Hiring teams can edit a template or create a task and rubric for the requirements of a particular role.

Can I connect my existing tools?

The MCP connector and session imports let you bring evidence from compatible AI tools. Hiring connections include Ashby and Lever, subject to account setup and provider approval. Your integration settings show whether each connection is ready.
