Information you choose to share
RP.agile processes account details, submitted work, AI interactions, and hiring workflow records to provide the service. Imported sessions should be reviewed and redacted before submission.
AI and service providers
Selected assessment material is sent to the configured AI provider for assistance or evaluation. Authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, email, and connected hiring systems use their respective service providers. Integration settings indicate which services are connected.
Visibility and retention
Profiles and leaderboards are opt-in. Organization records are restricted by role. Default assessment-evidence retention is 90 days; optional identity and video media defaults to 7 days. Organizations can configure supported retention periods.
Your controls
You can manage connections, revoke personal tokens, change profile visibility, export your data, and request deletion from account settings. Contact support for assistance with organizational records or access requests.
